Promotion Day
Today was Promotion Day at the firm and I was promoted to Manager.
WOOT WOOT!!
Essentially this means that I need to step out of the day-to-day operations at the client and see the bigger picture, including all of the admin tasks related to engagement management. I will be responsible for sales too.
I had a new manager lunch with some partners at Maggiano's (and the tallest chocolate cake I've *ever* seen), and then we had a reception at the Ritz.
I'll be updating my resume tomorrow :)
