Mondays make me tired

Seriously. Why is it that I'm ready for bed by 7:30 on Mondays?
Lots of meetings today, but with my brand new attitude, it was no problem.

I'll be in the office the rest of the week, maybe I can work from home on Friday.

I hope that y'all had a good first day back at work, or maybe a good day at home if the kids were back at school.

And, just to prove I'm a brand new me, I had a short call with my wellness coach today for a status check and there wasn't even a BLIP on the depression scale. WOOT WOOT. Next step: lose weight. I've already cut down on my food consumption (eat only when you are hungry; what a concept!), so now it is all about the workouts. I'm not looking forward to getting started, but I know once I do, I will like it. And you'll hear all about it. :)

We're having a pool at work - $20 buy-in - highest % weight loss takes all at spring break.
