High Cholesterol?! Are you kidding?

The doctor's office just called with the results of my bloodwork.

My LDL (bad) cholesterol is 197

LDL-C is considered the "bad" cholesterol because if you have too much LDL-C in your bloodstream, it can become a danger to your health. Generally with LDL-C, the lower the number, the better.

LDL-C
000-100 mg/dL Optimal
100-129 mg/dL Near optimal/above optimal
130-159 mg/dL Borderline high
160-189 mg/dL High
190-+++ mg/dL Very high

Diet and exercise or he's giving me drugs.

Sheeesh! It's always something, isn't it, T?! Y'know, as much of a drag excercising sounds like, I'll bet it would not only help with your choleterol but it migh be a great stress reducer... That is, if you can get over the fact that just finding the time to exercise is going to be stressful ...lol... good luck with that.
