Welcome Visitors

I finally decided to share my blog with friends and family. I think it is a cool way to keep in touch. If you have a blog, let me know and I'll include a link, or at least visit you.

Speaking of links, I added a links section to the left side of the page. I was adding "the Bible" as 4th or 5th when I thought I better mention they were in no particular order. These are some of the pages I have bookmarked and visit often.

While I agree that a blog is a great way to keep in touch day-to-day, I still think I need to go back to my webpage and keep it up. I get so many cute emails or want to document a past event, and that needs a static webpage. Okay, so in my spare time ...

I still can't believe we are moving. I love our house and I hate to give it up. Where else can you find a place with 3 BR, 3.5 BA, LR, DR, K, office AND a finished basement. And our deck! Fireplaces, balconies, storage. Yikes! I'm STAYING!

mmmmmmmm, bacon and eggs on the Saturday Early Show

I checked out the community of Beech Grove last night. Not that schools matter much since we homeschool, but the elementary schools are separated by grade, K-1, 2-3, 4-6. Separate schools for each. Neat? Odd?
Anyway BG is close to taekwondo and the office, so it is a possibility.

Aly and I did some scrapping last night. We are trying to finish Nana's A-B-C book. We did one page. Things are not moving so fast. This was supposed to be done at Christmas. I guess we'll shoot for her birthday. :)

We're off to Nana's for the party soon. I'm starving already.
We pulled some weeds this morning since dad mowed the lawn. He needs a weed-whacker.
Zak called from Terre Haute. His tournament starts in a few hours. I know he'll do good. He got 3 firsts at the last one!

Hey, today is National Scrapbooking Day! QVC is having several shows today. There are online crops too.

I'll leave you with this ... the latest "Alyism" ... when the cat jumped onto the piano earlier this week to look out the window.
Butter's favorite instrument is the piano.

She doesn't have opposable thumbs, so she can't play the tuba.
